Privacy Policy — Guaycura Creations

Effective date: October 13, 2026 (our own visit count added October 19, 2026)

This policy covers two things: this website, guaycuracreations.com, and the internal publishing tools we use to manage our own shop.

This website

The home page of this website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics. We do not sell anything here directly: every purchase happens on Etsy or Amazon, under their own privacy policies, and we never see your payment details.

Product pages and the Pinterest tag

Product pages (addresses beginning with /p/) and advertising pages (beginning with /l/) load the Pinterest tag, a measurement tool from Pinterest, Inc. It tells us that a visit came from a pin or a Pinterest ad and whether the visitor pressed the button to our shop. It may set cookies and sends Pinterest the page address, the product shown, your IP address and browser details, which Pinterest uses under its own privacy policy. We receive only totals, never anything that identifies you. You can turn off ads personalisation in your Pinterest settings, or block the tag with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker.

Our own visit count

Product and advertising pages count their visits, and every button to our shop on Etsy or Amazon counts its presses, on this website itself, with no cookie. Each count keeps only the time, the page, the product, whether it was a visit or a press, the advertisement's campaign labels from the page address (the utm_ tags), the name of the website you came from (not the address), and your country as our hosting provider (Cloudflare) reports it. It keeps no IP address, no browser details and nothing that identifies you. To carry the campaign labels from page to page during one visit, the page keeps them in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.

Advertising pages

Pages whose address begins with /l/ are reached from our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. Those pages, and only those, load the Meta pixel, a measurement tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It tells us that an ad led to a visit and whether the visitor went on to our shop, so that we can judge whether an advertisement is worth running.

When such a page loads, the pixel may set cookies in your browser and sends Meta information such as the page address, the time, your IP address, browser details, and whether you pressed the button to our shop. Meta may match this to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it under its own privacy policy. We receive only totals — how many visits and clicks an ad produced — and never a name, an email address or anything else that identifies you.

We do not sell personal information. You can limit how Meta uses activity from other websites in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block the pixel with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker; the page works the same without it.

Our publishing tools

Guaycura Creations operates internal publishing tools ("Guaycura Publisher") that connect to marketplace and social platforms (Etsy, Pinterest) solely to manage our own shop listings and promotional content.

What data the tools access

The tools access only our own accounts: our shop's listings, images, files, and boards/pins, via each platform's official API after we authorize access through the platform's own consent screen.

What the tools do not do

The tools have no third-party users, collect no personal information from buyers or visitors, set no cookies, run no analytics, and never sell, share, or transfer data to anyone. Authentication tokens are stored locally on our own equipment and are never published.

Data retention and revocation

Platform access can be revoked at any time from the respective platform's connected-apps settings, which immediately invalidates the tools' tokens.
